Lethargic LBP blogger back in full force
First off I must give out the apologies for those of you that actually read this. As of a few weeks ago I erased all my cookies and in doing that erased all my saved passwords. With the help of our webmaster I retrieved lost passwords and am now back in action. It is hard for me to remember what happened yesterday much less two gigs ago so catching up will be next to impossible. I'll just start off with our freshest gig which was last Thursday at Dean's. To sum it up it was more of the same deliciousness you've all come to expect except there was no Phyve in sight. He had some issues apart from the ones we normally attach to him and so he missed out. We brought the jam down pretty hard and spread our little creative wings out. Everytime we have the opportunity to play without Phyve we all agree that we'll do a "quiet set". In all my time with the band this has never worked out. "quiet set" means about 1/2 song of quiet and the rest crazy loud. Coy brought up the fact that he is mentioned very little in my blogs and so to make up for past insurrections I've decided to dedicate this blog to Coy, his playing, and his wife (the other Lindsey who is just as sexy as Marc's Lindsey). Without Coy's superb bass talents we woud undoubtedly have somebody else doing the equivalent. That was a joke...Coy's playing is by far top notch and nobody could replace him as far as I'm concerned. And since we're in the complementary stage of this blog, I give a virtual "high five" to all of our band members, supporters, and fans for keeping the faith so far. Things are bound to get better in the coming months so make it out to the show.Till next gig this is Beatty out
